  7.  @ManTan2011  bail bondsmen are barely one notch above the charged suspects they are purporting to be helping. Like title car loans and pay day loan places, cash advance businesses they all skim the legal limits of what they can get away with. The bottom skimmers for the down and out of luck part of society.
