  2. Its surprising the name D3 wasn't registered as a trade mark pertaining to the shoes. Legally the ball was dropped. As the money started to come in, no one thought to consider the legal ownership as it was understood at that time.

  3. Do pros design shoes today? Who really has a say when the only goal is to sell shoes.... its all serious marketing now....
