  3. You can tell pretty quickly people that go to college are knowledgeable critical thinking employees. If a degree wasn't needed you would get paid less for sure...more people would likely qualify. High school and OTJ training just doesn't cut it. You have to be better and smarter than most of your customers. It's been that way for a very long time, it's not changing... so suck it up and crack those books!!
