  50.  @ALotOfCancer  he mentioned the part of the constitution that says we must appropriate a budget for the military every two years i read that to mean if there is no war then reduce the size of the military we stopped doing that in 1945 so now we have a giant permanent military going against the military by ourselves would not work against the military today but it would have worked if we had kept the military small like the founders advised
