@jimbarber6368 no it means if the gov't becomes tyrannical and some type of physical battle takes place between the gov't and the people then the people should be able to battle with the gov't army it may not require that

@sharonrinkiewicz3940 owing and using a gun is not prohibited in the constitution so according to the 10th amendment i have a right to own one

@jimbarber6368 they thought that there was no need to abolish the gov't they had created because they thought that they had created a fair gov't but if a group of people disagreed , they gave the citizens the power to use the the congress or the courts to abolish any gov't that is a civil process
