  7. I agree with everything you talk about Bjorn. We are cut from the same cloth. The world is insane and the trick is how to stay sane in an insane world? Much of the time I feel I'm failing as those places to go to get away from the insanity are getting harder to come by.

  12. I lived at a hot springs retreat & conference center for 10+ years that was up in the mountains & forested wilderness. We were completely off grid & self sustaining except for our food which came from nearby organic farms. I would still be there if not for covid & wildfires which burned us out. We also had a problem with politics.....people who shouldn't have been in positions of power making decisions. It was heaven compared to the ugliness & insanity of what passes for the mainstream. I'm looking for a similar community and situation but they are few and far between.

  13. Her ignorant attack of a campfire, the Hearth, is quite sad to me. One could say the hearth is the heart of human kind. The gathering place. The fire in our soul. It's where it all began. So called "modern" life is destroying the essence of humanity and this Poppy is an example of that.

  35. I'm in the US and notice this EVERYWHERE I go.....disappearing trees. Even in urban areas they are cutting down trees anywhere they can....homeowners, parks, street trees. I don't get all the wanton destruction.
