  1. Humans can be a force for good and protecting/co-exhisting with our animal brethren is proper relationship with the natural world. The sad truth is the gov't has a long running program of exterminating predators & this policy is supported by many people who live on the land, ranchers/hunters/homesteaders/ect. It's ironic to think this coyote, freed by humans, may someday be shot or poisoned by other humans for merely existing. Still, this small act of compassion is nice to see.
