  1. All good points about so called "modern" life. This is why I never had kids....I seemed to know from early on that I would never be able to afford it and didnt want to make the sacrifice of having kids. You basically give up your own life to do so. And I wasn't set up from an early age to succeed in this system. Now at 60 its a bit late to reset the table and have a successful life in the realm of finance and relationship.

  2. Truth. My dad was lower end middle class, never made much money. But he had a home and supported a family of 6 kids on one income. Today a couple, both working, can barely make ends meet.
