  3. LA is where millions of humans live in the fkn desert. The Santa Ana winds are a common occurrence. Fires happen. The scale of this tradegy is due to corruption, mismanagement, negligence, incompetence. And who are the ones in charge of being prepared for this? There is no excuse. There needs to be accountability.
