  28. All good things. Crystals are beautiful. Salt is a crystal, essential for life. Yoga is a healthy activity to exercise the body. Buddhism is a healthy practice, teaches love and compassion for our fellow humans and respect for all Gods creation, teaches us to slow down and observe the workings of our mind so we may be more mindful of our words, thoughts, and actions. Don't know the nature of the division with your son but go in the direction of love, not fear.

  47. Your information on Reiki is mistaken. It's simply a type of energy healing and don't let that term scare you or propaganda on the internet fool you. We are made of energy. Everything in God's creation is energy and vibration. Massage, yoga, meditation.....these are all healing and for our benefit. Nothing dark or scary about any of these things.
