@tonystone8584 I won't try to convince you but......it comes from a feeling of hopelessness and that the mistakes you have made in life are something you can't come back from. Also comes from the state of this modern world we live in. Watching humanity destroy the planet and ourselves is overwhelming. Some people are more sensitive than others and depression is a serious condition. I've battled it much of my life and I've thought about suicide plenty. I don't think I could follow through on it no matter how bad my life seems. I believe there's a karmic/spiritual cost and it hurts those you leave behind.
