  1. Being a former professional athlete I've experienced this flow, but it can happen anytime & anywhere if one is open & receptive. This philosophy of life I believe is the key to what ails humanity. As a species we are too full of ourselves, arrogant, ignorant, and overly busy. Look at the destruction that is wrought upon this planet in the name of "progress" and "striving". This is not the lesson of nature and therein lies our failure. We are not in alignment with the flow of nature, the flow of life on this planet. Until that happens our fate is sealed.
