  5. That resonates. I've allowed good opportunities in my life to come & go and have much regret because of those poor choices. I'm 60 now and still struggling with those choices. Contentment and simply being has been hard to find.

  7. Hardly radical. The societal status quo in todays world is what is radical. In my view your philosophy coincides with what the Buddhists call the Middle Path. A sane common sense approach to human life. Modern society is anything but sane.

  10. In agreement. By my observation, humanity always seems to sink to the lowest common denominator. Look at our modern day societies and political systems. Our politicians typically seem to be the worst among us and as a species, it seems to be a race to the bottom more often than not.
