 @jasonuren3479 Yes . However , poverty are measured differently in 3rd world countries . Also, not every countries have got help from their government for their citizens .

@jasonuren3479 No problem, point taken. Thank you. I was just taking into account for some tribes /community that live off grid as well , ie hunters gathered/Normadic tribes .

@johnrichjr.415 WEF are basically a rich and powerful lobbyists Organisation. Hence, they advised/lobbying world leaders Governments around the world on anything and everything. They got their filty hands on WHO /from pharmaceutical lobbyists, insurance companies , stock brokers are lobbying Banks , Armed dealers are lobbying governments to inventing/initiating War , NGO/Human rights lawyers are lobbying the UN . Creating human migrations . The lists are endless.
