  1. @ Annie Anonymous. I appreciate your point . However , friends and families will still be there for you what ever happens . Chances and opportunities never will. You'll have to seek, chase and hunt them . It doesn't come to you voluntarily. That's the nature of the beasts.

  2. I disagree with you on that. There are part of the country where you still be able to buy at a reasonable price . Especially now, people are working from home more. I would move to different area/county if that's what I need to do .
