We all know that she's not very bright . Being a foreign minister, you should have at least a bit of a diplomatic skill and smart enough not to offence other people/countries if you want them to be on your side.

I'm very surprised and disappointed with the Irish government. They are not even Nato member . Unlike the brain dead politicians in the UK.
