  40. @ Brusselse . That's up to the employer. However, as far as work permits for permanent employment are concerned, there's no issue. If they want to hire locally, it's up to them . Bear in mind, if as you mentioned previously, 6 months here, 3 there and so on . If I were his/her boss . I'll keep him/her . It's cheaper than hiring 3/4 different people to do a one person's job .

  45. I nails vanished mine with normal vanishes. I don't paint my nails when I'm not going somewhere in particular. Just used colourless vanishes, it give my nails a breather . I'm also fortunate enough to have had a decent nails. I've never been to a nails salon, but always get compliments from friends, which is really nice.
