@Knightrider9091 Ukrainians military have been doing this since the conflict started . They camped near school, hospital ,civilians areas or they placed their military equipments in the same said places all around the country, in the hope that they will certainly blame Russia 🇷🇺 for bombing these targets .

@Knightrider9091 Let me as you this. Are they included a Russian as well or not ? If there's no Russian rep, they should not have included Ukrainian rep . As I mentioned in my previous post. A conflict of interest could cloudy their judgements .
