When ever that may be ? . The eurocrats insisting on each member states should publish their future plans/what they are going to spend that money on ?. So where do you think the money are coming from for their new eu army project then ? ECB ? I don't think so . The ECB is not even a REAL BANK .

  2. @ too late hello. You numpty. How can it be ? Half a dozen of eu member states isn't NATO members. The rest are from other countries . They are Austria, Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Malta and Sweden. Its called NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANISATION. Where does it says eu bloody army ?
