  9. I would visit a chimp troop at a nearby zoo once a week during cold weather, so the chimps ( and gibbons) would have some sort of mental stimulus. I took large calendars w big pictures of apes, along w toys and a lg hand mirror. They all enjoyed it, the babies would play in the mirror and the others would groom themselves and clean their eyes... A teen chimp really loved it and she would pull up a stool. I still try to visit during slow times. The staff asked if I thought about working there, but I has sent multiple letters asking to volunteer and they never replied. I ended up volunteering at a primate sanctuary.

The kids at the raves and the kibbutz brought it on themselves. hamas needs ambulances to carry their freedom fighters, but that doesn't mean that citizens don't use them for emergencies. Why should hamas give back the hostages when that would stop the the violence and possibly stop the freedom fighters from needing kids as shields.

It reminds me of often misdiagnosed pulsing abdominal and/ or back pain from an abdominal aortic aneurysm. It is often mistaken as something else which leads to death eg an actor by the name of John Ritter was on the set when he needed to go to the hospital for symptoms of a heart attack. They were treating for a heart attack as he was dying from aortic dissection, which is more urgent and can be caused by an aneurysm. Hospitals often will do tests that miss it, while time is crucial. Sometimes there are unusual signs that seem unrelated, like a cold foot or dark colored toe from blocked circulation to the foot.

It is one they have made clear is out of necessity so they can stay safe while fighting for freedom. When Egypt controlled Gaza, they had lots of space for military bases, but sadly those bases were razed by the IDF when Egypt and other nations declared war. Egypt abandoned gaza and it was was left to Jewish control. Control was never retained until it was given to Gaza a few years ago and Hamas decided to control the government. Hamas is known to act like animals but it is necessary for the greater good of keeping land that the Philistines staked claim to after the Jews were expelled.

  46. I oppose any mistreatment of any living beings, but tbh I will be getting any future sons circumcised. I thought it was unnecessary after reading numerous studies about how it did not benefit boys, but then I realized that many boys and men are not that great with hygiene. It is definitely easier for boys to do a thorough job of cleaning sans a foreskin and will prevent any smegma accumulation. In addition, I have a bf who is uncircumcised and said he is a little embarrassed and feels awkward when first being intimate with a girl bc most guys are circumcised. He actually said he would have preferred that his mother would've chosen to have it done.

  48.  @jonasfermefors  my hygiene statement was mostly from my short experience as a nurse and having worked at male juvie. Most of the boys had no male role models in their lives, and could have used some tips on the necessity of hygiene in general, and especially areas that need more attention. I have actually heard that circumcision increases sensitivity, but that seems like something that would be difficult to measure. Men who have been circumcised after they are sexually active would be the ones who could have the most insight, but I don't think too many men get it done. I knew one 11 year old who was "circumcised" by a mohel, bc it was not done by religious guidelines when he was a baby but I doubt too many men would do that.
