But the public school is "private property* so that is his brilliant excuse that will surely hold up in court. Why couldn't he pull the kid over and wrongly accuse him of blowing the stop sign, that would've worked just as well instead of having him speed through it on a school parking lot where there is the extremely rare chance that someone could be walking.
