  4. The goal wasn't for empathy, it seems like attention for herself is the goal and the priority. Attention seeking healthcare workers have proven to be deadly in quite a few cases. The convicted NICU nurse also wanted empathy for the many babies who passed on her shift BY HER OWN HANDS. Attention seeking nurses need to work someplace where the patient isn't the priority, so they can concentrate on themselves and make content to become TikTok famous.
