So true! There is a good ol boy's club and it seems like the whole family enjoyed being in the top ranks. The wife & sons didn't have a problem enjoying the benefits of dad doing anything to keep them comfortable by any means necessary, including v dark means. They never thought that dad was capable of doing the same dark ish to family members. The fact that he thought it was a good idea and believed he would have no trouble getting away w it, was from decades of getting away w stuff. Low lifes of the "low country".

@ytr3488 then why do you bother watching a vid w an attorney and feel compelled to reply to someone's comment‽ Everything is a lie and a conspiracy, you should get a soapbox and stand on the corner warning the world through a bullhorn🤣

It also can wax and wane. Back pain can be especially tricky bc it can be triggered by anything or nothing. People will have bad days and good days w no rhyme or reason. Sciatica is a good example of a condition that can fluctuate between extremes.

@Turnitupluber I thought the autopsy showed it was likely hypothermia, but regardless I'm still curious as to why her hyoid was broken if it wasn't a homocide.

@BonBon-uz5iq you sound mad. What's the matter baby, did your love letter to Bryan go unanswered bc he has too many other sick Bs vying for his attention? You have to write at least 3 dozen, 10 page, scented letters to stand out, so you better get off of here and start writing. Youre welcome & good luck😘

Exactly. Ethan was found at the doorway so he could have been going to the bathroom and Kohnberger heard the noise, or Kohberger just went to check bc he was already on that floor, and Ethan was next to the bathroom coincidentally. Of course Xana was a few feet away, so there was no way she wouldn't be part of the conflict. As for speed and lack of too much noise, it only takes a swift strong stroke across the neck to cut the vocal cords and many large vessels. The blood on the outside of Xana's room shows there was massive blood loss. The knife was made to due massive damage quickly.

@blackmetalmagick1 a mountain of circumstantial can be as good as direct evidence bc direct evidence can be explained away or twisted, depending on how good the defense attorney is. In this case, there is lots of circumstantial evidence with DNA being part of it, so this is a v strong case.

He may have gotten the daughter's info from social media bc many people post so much stuff prolifically, that it would be easy to pretend to be watching them.

@michele21auntiem The KUULA house tour, including 6corroborating pictures from police and social media, is amazing and better than any news outlets' attempts at maps or descriptions.

@Michael----- I'm NOT laughing at the seriousness of a stalker, but the trench coat & glasses made me start giggling. That's some inspector Gadget cartoon stuff. I think I have a stalker switch in me, it has actually caused me to evaluate how I react to other's words and actions. 90% of the time, I don't care about guys. But 2 came along that I wasnt interested in, but became so overly concerned about what they thought when they were no longer interested in me. I needed to put that weirdo stuff in check ASAP. I won't date that much rn, and def not date someone that I'm super into, bc I know I will get OCD & my work and school will suffer. Stalkers know that something is off, but they just can't keep it in check; just like anyone w a severe OCD issue.

@annwilliams2958 it's a good reply, so it bears repeating 😉

@KvltKommando I was replying to someone who mentioned COD & relationship to the case. She didn't drive there? She had a driver trying to take her home and Idk if you're joking bc it seems like most people know the initial suspects were the doctor and the DRIVER.

I read books by/ about serial killers e.g. the Happy Face Killer Keith Jesperson, and usually learn safety tips from each book.
3
@recuerdos2457 the op stated what he was doing there in the second line. Did you skip that part?
2
@BERNARDO712 the professor with whom he had arguments has AMAZING reviews by students describing the guy as funny, outgoing, interacting w all the students... It seemed like the professor's personality was the antithesis of Kohbergers which may have been a point of contention or even jealousy for Kohberger.

AI might do a better job of transcription than some humans. I've seen cases where serious appeals were having trouble bc the transcripts were missing key words to indicate the opposite of what was actually said. Dates, times, places etc, had numbers transposed which created huge problems. Luckily it was often audio recorded so they could correct it, but human error is often the failure in most Fail-Safe systems.
2
@Sam-wd9ly true, but until then innocent (eye roll).
2
@sackpac4902 I never said it was, I was responding to the op and reply who brought up constitutional rights and a court date. I wish it was being tried in FL so he could get the DP more easliy. He is guilty and needs to,pay.

@dianegreyson8787 I thought she is a public defender and that they have a cap on their budget unless they request funds that have to be approved? I think I read that in the book written by Jodi Scari-ass' lawyer (hopefully he won't try writing a book again, it was pretty bad and self published I think. It went in circles, poor grammar, wording etc).

All defenseless need a voice. It isn't a comparison, it is whatever is the priority at the moment. They all deserve a voice and someone to help .

@KrustyKlown you seem like a cartoon clown, so your name is befitting.

@chloerezabek3006 I spent an hour reading his tapatalk posts last nt. He had some serious mental health issues going on in addition to normal existential questions. Instead of getting help (he tried a little, it seems but then decided to go the route of diet & toxin cleansing) he decided to just stay busy w school and seeking advice on the web. One guy gave him excellent advice, but obviously it did not seem to be taken. He said he felt like a criminal wandering through streets at 2am, but no record of crimes. His first crime were the awful rap songs. Now he can add first degree murder X 4. This is one of the few times that suicide would've been the answer, instead of what this guy did.
1
@feurigerStern ironically the professor he had 2 altercations with has excellent reviews from students describing him as friendly, supportive, engaging, interacting w students... Descriptions that seem to be the antithesis of kohberger descriptions eg ANYTHING but popular and approachable. The professor is listed on WSU criminology dept.

@homespuncovers89 lol, right‽‽

@AW-of2nb " whole lot better THEN Biden can" I bet Biden knows how to spell basic homophones better THAN you. I've seen your other comments and if you are older THAN 10 yrs, you may want to rethink discussing anyone's mental capabilities. Learn spelling and rudimentary punctuation, THEN try to insult others. My apologies in advance, if it is ESL issues (I know it isnt😂).

They often ignore many SA regardless of who it is. Especially when in prison bc you continue to break the law.
1
@debbiemartin2026 um, the Mormons would say the same about you. The fact that you're debating which fictional book of mythology is real seems naive and dim. Like debating Harry Potter is truth but Lord of the Rings isn't.

Didn't she talk about anyone and everyone? She even trashed women for staying w cheating husbands and laughed at people when they were at their worst. My grandmom watched her, which told me Wendy was probably low.
1
@Wistful77 yeah, that was super creepy. It was a huge coincidence or it was him. We know he and his mom have belonged to reddit groups, and Kohberger thought enough of reddit users to post his "surveys" there.
1
@Sam-wd9ly unless has an identical twin who set him up and drove his car or the police planted evidence, it doesn't look v good for him. So many idiotic, self proclaimed, true crime experts saying he is innocent. Same crew who thinks Scott peterson is innocent bc he had his case looked at by an attention seeking group called the California innocence project (no relation to the original, well known, innocence project).
1
@retro000 how are you able to write such a lengthy comment w some of the no no words, while mine get insta-deleted‽ Idk if you'll even see this bc it might be hidden from all accts but mine.
1
@deannacousin2339 to avoid any possible reasons for an appeal? With serious cases, esp DP cases, they almost seem like they're favoring the defense but it is just to make sure that the defense has no valid grounds for an appeal or anything that could lead to a new trial.
1
No they're not, so you should immediately stop watching, commenting, and replying. But you can't, can you?
