  2.  @BusinessSkrub  he's just setting up an excuse for when he is caught robbing and stealing like w the dog. When he is caught robbing homes or cars, he can say it was for content and he was going to return the stuff. He doesn't realize it's still a crime regardless of the reason and he can still be prosecuted, and should be, as the adult that he is. Just bc he acts like a 9 yr old kid doesn't mean he gets to go to juvie. I think he may be mentally slow and may have evidence validating his immaturity and mental challenges, so perhaps that is why he got off easy. Juveniles can be sentenced as adults, not vice-versa. The judge will regret going light bc the broke joke may hurt someone or himself (hopefully the latter possibility, not the former).

  3. I've worked in boy's juvenile justice centers, they are extremely nice! Sadly, some kids get locked up to take a break from the streets and get excellent meals, medical, dental care etc. I only met 3 actual kids who seemed criminally insane and the judges were trying to get them rolled straight to adult prison from baby booking . Mizzy will prob be popular at juvie and kids will emulate him when they get out.
