Just like Gannon Stauch, he had to be in so much pain and felt so betrayed, wondering what he did to be punished yet again. These cases are beyond the pale and deserve to be classified as nothing less than 1st degree premeditated. What he went through was deliberate torture which fits the "especially heinous" circumstances deserving of the DP for both of them. This has to stop.

@Michele17111 I've spent many cold nights in my car when I had no place to go. If it got too cold, I would go to a 7-11 or 24 hr gym entrance to warm up, and then layer my clothes (cold clothes don't help once you've lost body heat). Regardless of her mindset, her kids should have been the priority. She absolutely could've gone to a hospital waiting room or asked for blankets from a nurse or someone / anyone. Idk the whole story but it feels like it should have been avoidable if she was with them and watching them . I feel awful for all of them but still have so many questions.😢

@geoffpoole483 how did that work out for Nasser?

@Monkofthecaribbean spoken like someone who's clueless and may find out how easy it is to become homeless. There are many reasons that can lead to homelessness, be careful bc it often comes as a surprise.

We have metal detectors at many schools in my city.

@amandab1051 do they caption it w : please help me, or write about intrusive thoughts while having the real thing in their backpack?

@Ninnjette- more than likely the shelters are full according to most news reports and the weather around the cold areas of the country. That said, she called a relative instead of an ambulance, she had them almost naked, she didn't have them huddled in blankets, why couldn't she call the relative for the children even if she wasn't welcome. I'm wondering if she wasn't with them or awake during the time that it took for them to literally become hypothermic to a fatal level. It will come out in the trial, if she doesn't plea out.

@sylviajimenez716 oh no, you must be worried sick and rightly so. Does he have a phone that he can do location sharing w you just so you can keep an eye on his whereabouts? I found an older book called grand central winter written by a homeless man who literally lived in Grand Central hiding spots in the winter. His circumstances were addiction related, but he discussed how hard it was just to get food from a food bank bc the workers stole a large portion of anything decent. He felt fortunate enough to be give a pair of shoes that were too big but at least they didn't have huge holes like his own pair.

@Monkofthecaribbean oh okay, then you have it figured out and know everything. My bad, you should run for office 🤡🤣

@amygasen even though they need to worry about the student they also have a duty to protect everyone else in the school. He should have been searched and under constant supervision. The school didn't know what he had, but the parents did bc they bought it for him.

@Peace-Love-Justice they're being held accountable for their inaction and contributing to the tragedy. If it was about being held accountable for children's actions, we would see endless parents on trial. This case is much more than a kid snapping and no one saw it coming,

@thebootielover not really, usually the saltines in the trailer cooking anything but food and coming from a family tree w no branches. You're prob spamming from your hovel that you've spent decades in, and rarely look out of the stained ripped sheets that cover your window😘
