  1. Just like Gannon Stauch, he had to be in so much pain and felt so betrayed, wondering what he did to be punished yet again. These cases are beyond the pale and deserve to be classified as nothing less than 1st degree premeditated. What he went through was deliberate torture which fits the "especially heinous" circumstances deserving of the DP for both of them. This has to stop.
