  1. ​ @Wimmig43at339 he doesn't have the appearance of typical FAS eg similar features to Down Syndrome, but if it is true I feel sorry for him bc nobody deserves that. FAS causes so many problems depending on the severity. I thought he was special needs, but wasn't sure of anything specific. I wouldn't wish FAS on my worst enemy. It also isn't an excuse for illegal or immoral behavior.
