@theophilusconnor I've had that happened, my key opened a car of the same make and color that also parked right next to an entrance (my car was at the next entrance but I didn't go far enough when I came out of a restroom). I noticed all my trash was missing off of the passenger seat, as I was having trouble trying to start the car. A mechanic told me that some car manufacturers had made a limited number of keys, or the keys and/or locks could be worn enough that they open easily. Nobody believes me when I tell them I unlocked a car just like mine.
