  1. Does the quartering have any neuro issues? Im just curious bc it seems like occasionally i see things that resemble a certain illness. Im just hoping im imagining things or that he has a tic like many people do, and it isnt something scarier or progressive

  2. Some kids arent v hungry, but if a kid is saying he's hungry or is looking ror food, that's a big red flag that theres neglect or severe financial problems.
