@Shoppingisfun245 exactly. Every state has good Samaritan laws. The only reason someone needs to worry about their DNA left behind while rendering assistance, is if they are being sought in another case.

@courtneyc238 plus, her lawyers had to have waived her right to a speedy trial so that they can make sure they are well prepared. Clenney would've had to okay that and just know that's what a good defense requires (esp Kawas. I still can't get over her most recent courtroom fiasco).

Exactly. I'm still happy that dim donna went down. Her phone calls get her every time and she never learns. I'm sure she watched every minute of Charlie's trial and saw how asinine she seemed on her coded calls where she was more conspicuous than someone confessing. Playing guessing games endlessly and telling Charlie to "bring CAAAASSSHH to take me out to dinner" was so funny, yet she still doesn't know when to shut up.

Just bc they don't mention anything about the creep who is not present, does not mean they don't have a negative opinion of him. @Raucous_Emojis is she allowed to be glammed for a court appearance like the same way that they are allowed to wear clothes of their choice and the unnecessary glasses that so many defendants wear. They purchased new teeth for the night stalker before trial and a wig for the alopecia teen who partook in a Texas quadruple homicide of her best friends.

@ashleychildresss I know some private defense attorneys will take cosmetics to their clients and decent clothes are always allowed to be provided. The recent case of Wade Wilson determined that he was allowed to wear cosmetics, but he chose not to. I'm glad he said no bc I think he will now get the DP.
