  1. Does the statute apply to accomplices or conspiracy, or is it just for the actual murderers (if anyone knows)?

  2.  @amberlynn8591  one would think that conspiracy or an accomplice is just as bad, so having a time limit is illogical if there isn't a time limit for murder charges. I've seen cases where the state couldn't charge bc of time limits for certain crimes, but the feds were able to do it bc there was interstate travel involved which had allowed federal charges to be applied. I'm going to have to look it up also bc I'm curious. I spend as much time looking up interesting law & Crime stuff, as I do school stuff, which is never good. Ty!
