  1. ​ @Ausgar-yc1yl I've seen a couple of cases where codefendants have been tried at the same time. However, there was actually a separate jury w separate alternates for each defendant, and some of the charges were different. I have no idea how that works, but it seems to save time and money.

  2. I recently read the sentencing transcript from the Ian Watkins case and I truly regret it bc I will never be able to unsee it😢
