  1. Even if he didn't think about it until he walked down the hall, it is still considered premeditation bc he had time to stop and prevent the tragedy. Even just firing the second bullet or is premeditation bc he could have stopped. Sometimes jurors like to define it to mean actually planning it, but it just requires a second of forethought and action.
