  1. She knew she wasn't on any right side when she told the operator that she wouldn't stop following the car. She wanted to make sure that the man paid for the minor accident he was involved in.

  2.  @May-wv6ew  as a nurse, I would never think my job is to follow someone and cut them off ESPECIALLY if I wasn't involved in the altercation. My only civic duty is to possibly give a witness statement to the police, and check to see if anyone needs immediate help. It's a shame the older man didn't have a sidearm.
