  4.  @libradan  she has quite a few annoying characteristics. I'm still confused as to what she thought she was doing by trying to demean and belittle Ashley/Nikki. Her client is the one who wanted to share wine and powder w a 19 y.o. girl who was clearly an emotional mess at the time. Her client is the one on trial for his deplorable actions.

  5.  @Blacksheep-b6k  the judge seems to check out at times. In one instance the defense states that a picture in evidence is not dated but it has been verified. The judge looked up and says "there's no date on this". Maybe this is why CA doesn't Livestream too many trials?
