I had seen some of the documents that were discussed on Law & Crime or Court TV, it covered that Leticia had been terminated from 2 recent jobs prior to her employment at the time of Gannon's passing. The cause for termination was due to credentials not being what she had claimed on her resume and paperwork . TBH, her English definitely didn't seem good enough to write term papers for a major in education eg her affinity for speaking in double negatives. They said it really wasn't relevant or important enough to the case, and it was not likely to make it into the trial bc prosecutors had so much to cover. The fact that she tried to purchase lie detector results online, makes me think she probably purchased credentials or just falsified them as well.
