  1.  @luminous5245  not gangs, but every city has the local "crews". Even if they aren't really affiliated w larger gangs, they still can be vengeful and territorial. This reminds me of the NY lady who pulled up in an SUV and shot another lady in broad daylight not too long ago,, The other lady supposedly set the shooter's daughter up. Another day of stupid games and stupid prizes.
