  2.  @TheregoesMerl  obviously you have not read the extensive probable cause affidavit, and it only included SOME of the evidence that was necessary to get the warrants. The defense submitted their discovery response on Feb 3, thus far they have nothing. Of course they can try to come up w something to negate the 19 pages of evidence that points to him, and the rest of the evidence that has yet to be revealed, but it does not look good. Some people also believed that Bundy didn't do it, thouthough it doesn't seem to have helped him.
