  1. The cops who arrested this man should've been charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER and SENTENCED TO DEATH! Their assets and property seized and liquidated to pay not one million but 100,000,000,000,000(100 Billion, note correct definition of billion) dollars, not just those cops who arrested the stroke sufferer, but the ENTIRE Florida police force should've been charged with this man's death and meet the same fate as the cops who committed this obscene deed.
