Here in Australia if a cop pulled a gun on an unarmed 16-year-old boy in an Australian court-house, his colleagues would arrest him, not the boy and the cop would immediately be sacked and end up cooling his heels in Cessnock Corrective Centre or any other prison in Australia. After the doco I just watched(2 hours long, minus ads) on SBS-TV here in Australia called "Putin's Revenge" there's now ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that Russia, and Putin DID INDEED interfere in the 2016 US elections, and regardless of whatever opinion may be held of her, Hilary Clinton WAS INDEED ROBBED OF VICTORY in that election and ALL of America owes her a HUGE apology. Trump? He is guilty of HIGH TREASON simply(even if only jokingly) saying publicly that Putin should've tried to find the "other 30,000(or whatever number of) Emails" supposedly from Clinton. The 2016 election is effectively INVALID!

This sort of thing CAN NEVER happen in Australia. Voting here is COMPULSORY, AS IT SHOULD BE!!! Voting here isn't so much a right as a DUTY an Australian citizen, born or naturalised, performs every 3 years at local council, state and federal government levels. And our voting method is STANDARDISED across the country, Also there's none of this nonsense of being registered to vote for a given party. Here in Australia you're required to register with the Australian Electoral Commission upon reaching legal majority age, 18 years, to vote at elections when they're held.... THAT'S IT! America could learn a hell of a lot from Australia on how to run elections. We, on the other hand, use America as the example of how NOT to run elections.

Until you have4 that you're just PISSING IN THE WIND!!!!! Australia's systemhas its defects, sure, but overall it is a MILLION TIMES SUPERIOR to America's fucked-up system that vests far too much power into a PARTISAN PRESIDENT when the Presidency of a country should NEVER be anything more than that of a politically-neutral CEREMONIAL position and the REAL executive governmental power should be vested in a PRIME MINISTER who can NOT act alone, but only under advice from cabinet.

What America NEEDS, REALLY DESPERATELY NEEDS.... is COMPULSORY VOTING! Voting isn't so much a right as it is a DUTY to your country to turn out and VOTE! Compulsory voting will negate the "vested interest voters" who vote for the thoroughly undesirable candidates, like that Roy Moore, or Donald Duck....er.... Trump. Take a leaf from Australia's book on this one, America, if you TRULY value your democracy!

America, you need to take a LONG, HARD LOOK at your governmental system.... Then you'll realise.... It's WELL AND TRULY F**KED! Then take a look at your neighbour, Canada, also Britain, New Zealand and Australia. Canada, New Zealand and Australia have better models of government as they have Governors-General above their Prime Ministers. The Prime Minister is chosen by his/her party to lead them in Parliament. He/she is elected by people living in several districts around a region, these are called "Electorates" which can be geographically large(several hundred square kilometres) or small, depending on the density of population, so long as a roughly-equal number of voters live in each electorate. The voter must be 18 years or older, born or naturalised as a citizen and enrolled to vote. Note here the voter is NOT enrolled to vote for a particular party, he/she is simply enrolled to VOTE, and in Australia, VOTING in FEDERAL and STATE GOVERNMENT, as well as local council elections, is COMPULSORY, AS IT SHOULD BE! The role of the Governor-General is as a "Ceremonial" Head Of State, in effect the Queen's "proxy", but that role is, should the people vote for a republic in a referendum, easily convertible to that of a ceremonial President, but with the same role as he/she currently fulfils except he/she no longer represents The Queen, but instead represents the citizens of the nation, akin to The Republic of Ireland.
