  3.  @johnnyonthespot4375  If I were the owner of one of the companies, I'd restrict my advertising to the free-to-air terrestrial stations WHERE EVEN THERE IT'S TOTALLY UNWELCOME! But I wouldn't impose it on YouTube viewers.

  4. My two channels, Trams & Trains and General Videos are both hobby activities for me. I'm NOT INTERESTED in making money off them. I make them purely for the enjoyment of shooting, then editing and uploading the finished video. So if ads appear during any of my videos, then YouTube has VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AS A CONTRIBUTOR!

  6.  @solitarelee6200  A lot of this is due to the UNMITTIGATED GREED OF GOOGLE which should be FORCED WITHOUT MONETARY COMPENSATION to RELINQUISH YouTube, which then should be run entirely as a NOT-FOR-PROFIT operation with VOLUNTARY contributions from those who have the means to do so.

  7.  @IndexInvestingWithCole  Yeah? I've had other people report seeing ads on my Trams & Trains Channel's videos and I don't have any sponsorship arrangements, nor do I have Patreon or memberships. I only have subscribers. My YouTube channels, Trams & Trains and General Videos are purely a hobby interest. I never ever intended making money from them.

  8.  @jaymesnin  It's clear YouTube is on a hiding to nothing over its ban on Ad-Blockers. ("A hiding to nothing" means YouTube is in for a severe punishment. If not from relevant authorities, then at least from us users/contributors). YouTube MUST BACK OFF and REMOVE ITS AD-BLOCKER BAN FORTHWITH!
