The main trick to understand here is that Microsoft themselves NEVER EVER contact Windows PC users. Microsoft DOES NOT initiate contact. It is up to you, the end-user to contact Microsoft for any required assistance.

@ribljikeksic Are we talking of a victim of the 11th September 2001 bombing, or a perpetrator? Answer that question, then I'll give my answer to your question.

@ribljikeksic The perpetrator(s) was/were suicidal. He/they died when the plane(s) hit the side of thye World Trade Centre, taking several innocent victims with them(other passengers as well as those in the buildings). They weren't going to be around to be the victims of any scams so the point is actually meaningless.

@ribljikeksic I was NOT saying that AT ALL! That ISIS members got killed in those attacks, then good riddance, but as it happens, in 2001 ISIS(Islamic State) was still more than a decade away from forming, and in 2001 were unheard of. Those terrorists who hijacked those planes were Al-Qaeda or Taliban, not ISIS. And no, I wouldn't shed a tear if any of those monsters were ripped off in any kind of scam. But for any innocent person lucky enough to have escaped such brutality, he/she should not have to suffer such indignoty as to be scammed by these packs of arseholes who, by their actions are giving India a very bad name.
