  1. The thing is: There should be an INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL AUTHORITY operating at 3 arms' length from either Democratic or Republican(repugnant) Parties, that neither party can influence. This authority would control voter registrations(voting should be compulsory in the USA), Electoral boundaries, qualification/disqualification of candidates, there'll be NO disenfranchisement of voters. As well, the authority would conduct the election itself based on the AUSTRALIAN model where ALL states use exactly the same voting system instead of the hotch-potch of different methods used now, this would ensure no controversies like that of 2000 that got George W. Bush over the line unjustly.
