@jpatterson9108 It isn't so much the idea of censorship, it's more like revokation of licence because Fox has wantonly violated the terms and conditions under which its licences were granted.

@jpatterson9108 The point is, if Fox also broadcasts on the terrestrial Free-To-Air frequencies, it is those transmitters belonging to the Fox stations that should have their licences revoked.

@jpatterson9108 You simply write to the FCC, stating your complaint and the reasons for lodging said complaint, detailing as best you can where Fox has violated the terms and conditions of their licence. However, a word of warning, If the FCC are like Australia's ACMA, they'll see that your complaint is about Fox and they'll quiver in their boots, shit their pants and suck their thumbs.

Isn't Fox banned from Canada? Didn't Canada's broadcasting regulator ban Fox from operating in Canada?
