  1. The role of a court at ALL levels, up to, and including the highest court of the land in any nation, is to make adjudications BASED ON EXISTING LAWS, AS THEY STAND! Courts AT ALL LEVELS have ABSOLUTELY NO POWER OR RIGHT to overturn ANY law with which they don't agree. The US Supreme Court COMPLETELY LOST ITS LEGITIMACY by overturning Roe - V - Wade in 2022. The US Supreme Court VIOLATED ITS CHARTER in that act. And now, in granting TOTAL IMMUNITY to Trump and future presidents, the US Supreme Court has just KILLED OFF THE USA! There is, as of 1st July, 2024, from the border with Canada to the border with Mexico, A HUGE VOID where the USA used to be. AMERICA IS DEAD!
