This sort of outright fraud would NOT be a problem if a) America adopted the Australian model of voting which DOES NOT INVOLVE THE USE OF ANY MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES, b) Abolishes the Electoral Council, and c) establishes a COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT STATUTORY AUTHORITY to oversee ALL ELECTIONS AT ALL LEVELS so that NEITHER POLITICAL PARTY CAN INTERFERE WITH THE ELECTORAL PROCESS!
