Comments by "Neil Forbes" (@neilforbes416) on "BREAKING: House Moves to Hold Trump AG in Contempt" video.
If a President, Attorney-General or any other government official is caught in actions which violate their official role to the point of holding the person "in contempt of congress" or subject to impeachment, that person shall NOT have the escape route of resignation available to him/her. He/she must be FORCED to undergo the impeachment process to its conclusion. That conclusion must be life imprisonment with NO prospect of pardon. Gerald Ford, in pardoning Richard Nixon in 1974, created a dangerous precedent that opened the floodgates to future corrupt presidents, like Trump, to act corruptly and get away with little more than a "slap on the wrist". In that way, Gerald Ford was just as rotten-corrupt as Nixon.
