The correct opposite to Gay is Morose meaning sad, miserable, dejected. The opposite of Gay is NOT Straight! The word Straight has ONLY TWO DEFINITIONS! Definition 1 - geometric: without curves, bends or angles. Definition 2 - ethical: honest, sincere, genuine, trustworthy. The word straight has absolutely zero sexual relevance!
