  1. In one way, the excuse can stack up, but not for the defendant, Anthony Antonio. Rather, the excuse works against Fox because broadcast law prohibits radio or TV stations broadcasting content that could incite violence in the community. Fox has wantonly violated this law and so itslicences for all its stations, both on terrestrial free-to-air transmissions, and on cable, should be summarily, and permanently revoked! BUT, America's FCC are too cowardly to take this very necessary step.
