  1. Amendment 25/Article 4 should've been enacted in 2017 as Trump was already proven unfit to hold office in the first few months of his tenure. But Vice-President Pence is equally unfit to rule as his religious beliefs would overrule his civic duties as he would blatantly violate church/State separation clauses in your American Constitution. In any event where Amendment 25/Article 4 is required to be enacted, the Speaker of the House of Representatives(Congress) should become President for the balance of the term, but only that term and no more.
